with or without the gold in them hills, why wouldn't a trader take up the placement at 3c with a free oppie? Seems too easy a decision and of course it will be oversubscribed.
great timing for the company to do it now while the share price is relatively low, not only do they receive the cash from those shares placed from the shortfall of oppies converted, there should also be a significant amount of 3c oppies not converted which will only add to the coffers at a later date.
