The only thing stopping a sub $3 is the addmittance to a index---this is unlikely in the short time frame due to lack of liquidity (% free float is very low), price behavoiur my be like Sigma who also had a very large % to old stakeholders, issued at $ 2 went to $1.30 stayed down for two years but eventually went to $5+....patients will pay here.
