As I mentioned, a company in the right state of mind wouldn't want to wait until January to move aggressively to other markets, we're talking GLOBAL scale here. $1m in the bank just couldn't cut it mate.

Also there are other forces in the market which no company can control. What if there was some sort of bad news which brought down the whole market? Unfortunately, the market is very irrational sometimes. And down the drain went the opportunity to raise it at 40c and no oppies as well.

In my opinion, this was a great move by the company.

I do agree with you though, people do have short memories and once another another announcement comes, it will sky rocket. Not if, just when is the question.
