    According to Petromindo.com yesterday "Sengkang gas sales agreement with PLN expected soon".

    There had to be an agreement with PLN on the cards sooner or later as EWC have been assisting the community with building things such as:
    A new public library
    The PKK building
    Bridges for farmers to get their product to market quicker
    Building Mosques
    Biogas program for area
    and last but not least-----building toilets in the area
    All of the above are articles from the Sengkang papers over the past few months.

    You don't do these for nothing.
