I agree Burnside, it would be good for those most troubled about the progress on this thread to simply pick up the phone. There are things that can't or are not appropriate to report in company updates, e.g. Chinese engineers have vastly different ideas on some things.
My understanding is NFC are still turning the feasibility upside down, shaking it all about, while other financing options are being considered. Some of the posters may well think that NFC are not interested, but I don't think that is the case - they're just painfully slow...
