I think it's a pathetic joke, the E.U. And USA cry about Chinese investment in these projects yet when given the chance chose not to make those investments themselves leaving the door wide open for Chinese capital and influence, with the expectation that the Greenlanders will forgo the opportunity to developed into a modern and independent nation.
