I agree goldbrick.
At this stage of the game, we should not sell because we will play right into their hands.
All we are doing is loosing votes to the ones who wants the sale to proceed.
Maybe we should call for an EGM, and put forward a motion of no confidence in the Management.
Even if they can rig the votes, it will still show in the minutes of meeting, against their records.
