I feel that within the next few weeks results of testing will be out and substantial orders will be made. I know based on history they have a very poor record of fulfilling predictions but their time has finally come. My guess is for orders of 200-300Kt/yr. This will probably take a while to fill because they would have to build a blending plant(descrete + flyash etc), maybe 6 months. But the market should anticipate and in the meantime they could probably part fill the orders at say 50Kt/yr.
Anyway, based on 250Kt/yr at say $50/t profit, we are looking at #12.5m/yr. About 0.6c earnings and pe 20 the sp should be 12c. Small pickings but a lot better than now. The market should also price in future expansions of orders. I see 3mt/yr within 2 years or about $1.40 sp.
