I took profits at 69 cents and purchased the same holding back now in the mid 60s, considering even more if it dips into the low 60s.

Some commentators on HC have noted an acceleration in spending, highlighted by costly appointments, which raises concerns given the uncertain outcomes of the trials. This suggests there will not be enough funds on hand to reach the major outcome disclosure due in August 2025, indicating that a capital raising (CR) will now be needed, potentially diluting shares by 30%.

If the price increased to $1.50 and a CR diluted it to $1.10, I could live with that. However, at 60 cents, a CR could dilute down to 45 cents—a significant risk and turning my buy red. Even if you believe in OPT, waiting until after the potential CR might be wise. Nevertheless, I've on balance decided to buy now. The one and only real issue is quantifying the risk of an unsuccessful outcome in both trials; reducing the need of capital raise is just a sideshow issue.
