1. Delay the Hazen Ann till after the EGM (15 OCT 2020),
2. Thereby securing SH approval to re-boot the 15% capacity to raise without SH approval,
3. Release the Hazen Ann (post EGM),
4. Cap raise for 15% of current SOI (circa 117,000,000 shares).
After the wash-out 900,000,000 SOI
Rinse & repeat.
They are signalling and training the market to sell the LKE rips, and buy the LKE dips with this repetitive and predictable behaviour.
