It is hardly a dilution when $225 million (yes MILLION)is put into the kitty for that dilution.
We had a market cap of $139 at the time; I don't think any organisation would come up with $225m just to dilute a company that has no potential. They may be looking to the future and we may be in on the ground floor.
Also to those talking of "shell companies", please get some understanding of what a shell company is.
