Weld out plug welds in rear floor pan to rail on P/S and sand smooth
Whiz paint of D/S sill cap to expose rust and spot welds
Unpick D/S sill cap
Unpick D/S outer sill
Mark out inner sill for removal

Cut/unpick inner sill
Dress up top and bottom pinch of inside inner sill
Dress up and unpick/remove front lower bottom edge
Fab replacement section and weld through prime back side of replacement and front side of inside inner sill
Cut strips for D/S + P/S sill cap replacement panels
Setup panbrake and trial fold small section for correct angles/sequence

Fold D/S + P/S sill cap (green)
Tack front lower bottom edge replacement section into place
Spot weld bottom edge of lower bottom edge in place and fully weld out butt join
Smooth welds on lower bottom edge replacement section
Fill spot weld drill holes on pinch sections (front/back/top/bottom) from sill remove and smooth

Cut and fold replacement section for top of inside sill section
Cut out existing rusted section
Strong back sill and tack new top replacement section into place
Weld out top replacement section of inner sill and smooth welds
Fill spot spot weld drill holes on remainder of top section and smooth
Cut replacement for bottom front corner of inner sill
Cut out exisiting bottom front corner and tack replacement into place
Weld out bottom front corner of inner sill and smooth
Strip paint off inside out outside of inner sill
Prep and mask
Coat lapping surfaces with weld through primer and other areas in KBS etch
Strip paint off top edge of outer sill to expose rusted/pitted areas
Cut replacement for bottom front edge of outer sill
Cut out exisiting bottom front edge and tack replacement into place
Weld out and smooth

Mark out and cut pullmax blanks
Fab pullmax dies
Cut 1.6mm M/S
Pre fold and feed 1.6 through pullmax to replicate rusted swage section in outer sill
