Agreed JockOZ, but a lot depends on the depth of soil covering. If the soil is deep then to develop a boxcut down into fresh rock could mean the removal of thousands of tonnes of dirt to access a portal & kick off the decline. The company will of course take all of this into consideration, we hope. This is why some vertical drill holes would be helpfull in finding the top of the pegmatite lode. GLTA.
