Hi FletaP, when Hamish took over as MD, there was an article in the Wall Street Journal stating that News Ltd is a cert to takeover Channel 10 before 30 June and the subsequent split up of News.

Gina, Lachlan and Packer paid $1.60 to $1.70 but then they all significantly averaged down at the last significant low cap raise. So probably owes them about 70 cents.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a takeover at 70 cents. That would get all the billionaires out at breakeven and save face. That would probably be Lachlans most successful investment - at breakeven.

Stokes is obviously the wildcard but he will probably relent for some advantage somewhere else ala cons media.
