Arion That was my first impression. A director or directors put their hand in their pockets to convert A's for more working $$. Or it could be some traders or a group of traders converting. Either way it is a very big tick. worth about 3cents on the close IMDO LOL
It shows how ESI can work towards the goals after the deal is signed. No need to CR when a steady flow of oppose conversions can happen. I have been thinking about that I could convert and the company will benefit.
