Also ive noticed EXM which have lots of interests sharing with GSF.
1: market is expecting these 2 shares to deliver the good anns.
2: they had the AGM around the same time but no anns was delivered upon the AGM.
3: the most important thing i saw is : not long after their agm ,both companies published the prospectus for issuing more shares and options , what dose it mean? its absolutely project-oriented finance procedure, which implies their new project has already gone to the final step before teeling the market, they have done the calculations and estimations ,and gave the new project a go. share issuing is not the final step ,therefore we need to wait for the whole project prospectus as the huge ann for pushing sp higher.
