I think long term holders are in a position of toxic financial shock. I've bought more in a feeble attempt to average down my price but the additional stress of holding over the weekend is not pleasant. Spoke to someone last night....reckons it's still a 50-50 chance of the refi not being extended by the banks. Chance have to be remote in my view. Banks want money asap. The offer on the table gives them the quickest path to the money. nSwan won't block this.....if he does, tousands of people will be severely affected financilly...investors & workers. Feeling nervously confident to hold over the weekend. What about you ???
