Yes, absolutely.....on the daily cash chat, Jan high-Feb low was 363 pts. From Feb high-Mar low was 358 pts.
ave=360 pts, the resistance today is 50% of Feb-Mar leg.... 178 pts up from Mar low, 180 pts from Feb high.
