Gday Brian,
I know little of candlesticks so this is testing my memory. From my recollection a hanging man has to occur at a turning point high. Today's action cannot be a turning point as it is lower than yesterday. If it is to be of any significance all it could be is a turning point low, in which case it would be a "hammer" and be bullish.
I could be wrong...........it's all gobbledygook to me.
