I didn't understand how can the article in Reuters back on 1/8/2012 "BEIJING, Aug 1 (Reuters) - Hanlong Mining said China has approved its long-delayed $1.3 billion takeover bid" and few others as well made a mistake.
Maybe it wasn't a mistake.
1.3 billion = 43 cents
