    Hi,
    Since I'm a SDL holder, I have a question:
    Hanlong i taking over Sundance. I fear, that's a fact. For a lousy 57 cents.

    So, what is going to happen Next? Will I have to sell my shares? Are they going to be sold for 57 cents automatically?
