    No one is going to bid for SDL without first securing Hanlong's 20%. Hanglong are not going to sell unless it's ridiculously high price, and therefore uncommercial to develop the project.

    Have been an investor in SDL in the past, and would go back in again if jv, rather than t/o, becomes an option again.
