Interesting from the viewpoint that the offer is a premium of more than 50 per cent to the company's last traded share price.
Not sure if you would get SDL for 50 per cent more than its current share price - my bet would be no.
After a JV is announced I think we will see a spike in the sp and again after finance has been approved - after that a 50 per cent premium might be more palatable.
