hanlong doesn't want to take over SDL
they wanted the price up and approvals through
for who is looking to partner and is in discussions
what an excellent leverage play for them with an almost 20% holding
i'm sure they would love to take over
but they know it's a bit early and SDL won't allow it to happen any ways
