    Who started this FRIENDLY TAKEOVER Rubbish?????....They where never friends!!...& still ain't!!!...It's a HOSTILE, get it cheap!!, pissant first bid!!...Which has no change of being accepted by ANYONE!.. As for the Board accepting it!!..THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!..(just my opinion)..;-}
