The Hannaford Plaza on Weibel Avenue in Saratoga Springs was purchased for $23 million by The Nigro Cos. of Albany.
The nearly 180,000-square-foot shopping plaza near Exit 15 in Wilton is fully leased with a Hannaford supermarket, Tractor Supply Co. and Kohl’s department store.
The sale was brokered by Pyramid Brokerage Co.
The property was purchased by Saratoga Retail Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Nigro Cos. The seller was Centro Properties Group, an Australian-based owner of more than 700 malls and shopping centers in the U.S., Australia and New Zealand.
Pyramid is representing Centro in the sale of three other shopping centers in New York state. Pyramid also represented Centro’s predecessor, New Plan Excel, in the sale of five shopping centers in the state.
