They have built up some contacts and expertise via the the phase 1.
Hypothetically if something were to go wrong and SP takes a hit - its TEMPORARY
Might suck if your planning to trade this.
No problems for a LT
Management have clearly outlined intention to pay dividends from as early as possible (even year 1 if possible - refer to recent interview statements)
So this is basically a cornerstone investment for retirement in a portfolio.
I would consider the benefit for trading it vs LT hold. ...
