This is not HCH's first rodeo. The board had optimism back in 2010 through to 2014 with drilling and announcements.
I like the stock, it has potential, just cautious since this company has no real value unless it can obtain full permits to mine, extract, refine and contracts to sell product. The sovreign risk and regional risk leaves me cautious.
