its because they don't have full access to all documentation and dealings with the company. unless HCH have opened up all books and is completely transparent then you wont have that disclaimer which it is very unlikely to occur without a contract to ensure no loss of IP or competitive position and therefore once a contract is in place its no longer independent. You wont find a report without this disclaimer as a claim on future price predictions is never a sure thing.
no different to a youtube video providing financial advice but then claiming its just for entertainment.
