Nanoveu collaboration Nanoveu collaborated with Weebit Nano in 2025 to implement ReRAM in its EMASS chips. ReRAM provides improved switching speed, reduced power consumption, and greater density of memory than traditional technologies such as Flash and MRAM.By putting ReRAM in the same die as the AI processor, Nanoveu eliminates the external memory requirement, saving power by orders of magnitude while increasing performance. This monolithic AI-plus-memory implementation is a huge architectural benefit.That puts Nanoveu at the short list of firms that actually can deliver fully independent, cloud-free AI hardware.
