    The Announcement states: "The agreement to acquire 49% of Hansen has become possible BLR – Acquisition of 49% of the Hansen Uranium Deposit Page 3 of 5 because Uranium One Inc. has defaulted on its option to acquire an 80%interest in NZ Minerals LLC’s interest in the Hansen Uranium Deposit.
