From very rudimentary research it appears that small drones fly at similar speeds to a fast bowler's cricket ball.

If Hawkeye can predict the trajectory over a couple of metres after ground contact I expect laser guided targetting could do the same for drones and a short burst of bullets would down the drone, freeing the automated drone killer to move to the next target.

If the Ukrainian drone swarm that disabled US$7B of Russian planes was around 100 drones, I'm wondering how many drone killing defensive emplacements would be needed to protect an airport or any other essential infrastructure.

EOS is catching a bid which is not surprising when so many nation states are redirecting funds from conventional to drone warfare systems.

I suspect the Ukrainian Trojan drones' success will upend conventional thinking about offensive/defensive military weapons systems.

I don't know what role EOS Space Systems may also play in this area.

Step change improvement needs creative solutions. Ukrainians seem to be very creative; proving once again that necessity is the mother of invention.

Compared to drone warfare, anti drone warfare has a LOT of catching up to do.
With optic fibre being adopted, hard kill / capture development is going to grow at a fast rate
Morningstar need to rethink this one. Fairly valued $4?
