It just means that a broker has fixed up a buyer and seller at a determined price, away from sitting in the depth.
E.g. a broker may have a client that is looking to sell 1M Pen, the broker knows another client who may be interested and crosses it that way.
5.5 looks an interesting price as I would have thought it may have been filled cheaper?
