Regardless of what you have been told the fact is that having been delisted the company is now free to take action free of ASX compliance and can raise through sophisticated and wholesale investors and do what they want when they want and how they want .They do not need to worry about an AGM and or the shareholders exiting and selling down the stock .
My view is they will raise low , they will allocate to investors that are friendly they will then time the relishing to suit themselves if they actually do as there is no assurance they will resist and we shareholders go along for the ride . O pen a CR there will be dilution and CR to friendlies will allow the BOD control . I await the outcome of what you say JM will do . It will be good for them as for whether it is good for us remains to be seen and I am skeptical given my experience to date as a long term holder .
