I have been involved in a similar class action previously and it was successful and so based on your post regarding a class action, (which i cannot find your original post) both myself and another holder would like to pursue this course of action. Shareholders have nothing to lose.

How likely is it that the old board have continued to reward themselves with whatever is left in the coffers?

Nothing would surprise! The new board is nearly as bad as the previous.
