The board are a disgrace and perhaps shareholders have done exactly what the board wanted...... in other words, we have let them ALL off the hook.

We should all take note of names of all those involved and vow to never get involved with any company now or in the future that they might be associated with.

Shareholders were and are entitled to information in regards to the supposed shenanigans that went on with previous management, after all, accusations and finger pointing went on together with litigation threats and yet zilch info to us mere plebs who have and continue to feed these pigs snorting in the trough, with shareholders money.
The board stretched the story out for all it was worth, milked us dry and then shut the door on us.


Some here seemed to want to take action of some kind and yet nothing got off the ground.
