I will probably be proven very wrong very soon but I can't imagine that SMR will do an on market buyback. Given the major shareholder owns circa 70% liquidity is already an issue (which makes it harder to get into ASX 200 etc). Using the cash generated to buy out the minorities might be a more likely scenario should the Indonesian shareholders want to take the asset private.
