not entirely sure I agree with your statement Jelly78 that "its looking rather good that price is coming down"... that has been the process for the last three years and probably not the outcome most shareholders are looking for from an investment.

That being said, while Paul's personal stake is also underwater (small comfort to all shareholders who paid for all their stock), small cap companies have a nasty way of surprising the market by issuing more stock and/or options to non performing management to "compensate them" for their initial stock being out of the money.

Here's hoping DreamCatcher is right about the "imminent" bit....
