I am only basing my investment in TNP on:

- Paul underwood's historical past, the way he operates and the willingness of him to stick through thick and thin and fighting for us. He could have easily given the first vendor all of those 285m shares.
- BSP's track record and their capabilities in attracting big big investors and we arent talking little funds, their links with Chinese brokers and even having Beijing Gas group as a substantial shareholders
- Options related exercise price at 1.5c, they are in it to make big money, not small or else Tommy could have taken 50-100k each year if he really wanted too. Show of faith really.
- I have spoken to Po Chen before and he has a very good background too and also he isnt one to talk big, he prefers to let the runs on the board do the talking.
- The fact 50% of shares wont be traded which makes substantial shareholders harder to come by, got to around 80m to become on, not that many top 20/10 will wanna sell after waiting all these times.
