Scitty although Keating might have been a good talker, he didn't do a damn thing to follow through with this speech. It was all words and no action, just like Hawke saying no Australian child would live in poverty.
I also don't agree with the statement that the problem starts with "us non-Aboriginal Australians".
The main problem imo lies with those who cannot move on with their lives, who are dependent on welfare and who blame everyone else for their own issues.
