C'mon, it's best to ignore them. Looking at their post history it all happens well after midnight and the comments are far from positive on anything that they declare as "holding". Probably a case of "projecting" the negativity occurring as a result of other trades.

So serious question... what are the important dates in the US Dept of Education calendar? Especially with respect to budget allocations? I've tried looking at past announcement (have been holding since August) but there doesn't seem to be a pattern. Are budget allocations made and announced at the end of June? September?
What are the important US dates to keep an eye on?
