    CTO has not announced to the ASX that there have been any issues during the September quarter which would seriously
    affect their public guidance via an ASX announcement of 5,000 ounces of gold production in the September quarter.

    So on that basis I can only assume that CTO must have produced pretty close to 5,000 ounces in the September quarter.

    Should this not be the case then I guess it's a matter for each individual shareholder to decide what is the appropiate course of action for them to take.

    Some shareholders of course may need to obtain professional advice.
