It is on pages 17 and 21 of the Business section, and headed, 'Buyers drawn to a new shine on coal, and on P21 'Keen buyers drawn to a new shine on coal'. Part of the article states that, 'buyers have refined their shopping list to include metallurgical coal, near existing infrastructure and close to surface deposits'.
