Now you are making me laugh & I'm not even at the bank. The way I see it, if the MOU was made to exclude any other Chinese parties such as Jinchuan from sniffing around, then the danger that they actually are sniffing around is pretty good. Meaning that if nickel stays where it is & there is money to be made at Young, then the chances that a JV will be realised are pretty good as Guang Ye wont want to lose this to another Chinese steel producer etc.
