Very good post and I must admit that for the first time in years I am again bullish on the ELK and I have a buy recommendation.
The most important thing for a micro cap is to have strong management and I think we finally have that now.
Matt Healey is the wild card on the board. Given that he has been in the US recently I assume that he has been instrumental in helping negotiate the CO2 that the previous board failed. Therefore I am confident that funding will be sourced over the coming months.
If funding can be sourced within this time frame, buying ELK now will be the buy of the century. Assuming that ELK maintains equity of between 40 and 50% post JV then all SH will be rewarded.
