it sounds like you're saying the SEC wanted this accounting standard followed, so to fit with the accounting standard used by other NASDAQ listed entities
but my question remains - can it now be said that the SEC has no further compliance issues that PRR must conform to, in order to list?
otherwise, this is just what i am talking about - shareholders getting this type of info after having to telephone the company - it's ridiculous, and too much gets lost in translation
this is not a reliable method for disseminating information on such a crucial event
