That is what he is saying, it isnt. It is just a DFS. My thought was that if LKAB/MITSUI were in sync with talga and the DFS, they would move quickly to enter into an agreement.
The 5 month MOU extension kind of kills that hope. Sounds like they have not yet been in close-to-finished talks. No imminent JVs, though I suppose anything is possible.
