It's 4:30pm in Perth and the ASX announcements office closes at 7:30pm Sydney time.
Cutting it fine but still some time today. Otherwise could be before trade tomorrow.
They need to meet this deadline. They also need to get this right. It's a bankable document which defines the valuation for the JV deal to get this thing off the ground.
