Your words above, MG. US investors should need no inducements if they can buy a 400m company for 50 cents on the dollar. The truth is that PEN isn't that attractive right now isn't it. That's the cornerstone premise of your musings. If it was worth 400m today then it'd be an easy sell to US investors and very little strategy or dressing up would be required. In fact it'd be an easy sell on the ASX as well.
