IFE has an estimated cost fob at 90 USD per tonne. With I/O prices at 130 USD per tonne, this is a reasonably tight margin. It will take quite a bit of discipline from the company to generate attractive metrics, particulalry it iron ore prices come down.
I have had a good look at IFE. As Mozart says, give me hematite over magnetite any day. (as has Wayne too in the past so we are told!)
